Ask a question
How often should I get a dental check-up?

For most people, about every six months. Some need visits more or less often depending on their gums, cavities and general health; your dentist will advise.

Is root canal treatment painful?

It's done under local anaesthesia, so most people feel little during the procedure; many say it feels much like getting a filling. Some tenderness for a few days afterwards is normal.

When should my child first see a dentist?

When the first tooth comes in, or by the first birthday. Early visits catch problems early and help children get used to the dentist.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Any previous dental X-rays or reports, a list of medicines you take, and details of any medical conditions or allergies.
